Accountability

The Supervisory Board has established the compensation policy, the amount of executive compensation, and the amounts of other compensation components. The policy is updated periodically. In determining its compensation policy and setting compensation levels, De Regenboog Groep follows the Compensation Code for Healthcare Executives (BBZ) issued by the Association of Supervisory Board Members (NVTZ) and the Association of Healthcare Executives (NVZD).

De Regenboog Groep establishes social enterprises in collaboration with entrepreneurs and other partners. We have initiated the establishment of the social enterprises listed below. We ensure that their social objectives are met through our shareholding and the priority share.

De Regenboog Groep is the sole shareholder of Buurtboerderij Horeca B.V.
De Regenboog Groep holds the priority share in Rederij Kees
De Regenboog Groep holds the preferred share in De Amsterdamse Mediafabriek (DAM).
